 Matt Griswold, Executive Director of the Tall Pines campus, has been with the company for over four years.  In 2003  Matthew completed his AIT program and received his Maine State Multi-Level LTC Administrators License before taking on the role of Administrator at The Commons at Tall Pines, our skilled nursing, rehabilitation and residential care facility.  Matthew graduated from Wheaton College in May of 1996 with a BA in History and received his Long Term Care Certification through St. Joseph's College in December of 2003.  Matthew has worked in health care for over nine years and enjoys applying his experience to creating a compassionate, hospitable and healing environment throughout the Tall Pines Community.  Matthew is the son of Tall Pines Community owner Stephen Griswold and is proud to be a part of this family business.   Matt lives locally with his wife and son.

Cindy McIntire, Resident Services Director, has been with the Tall Pines Community for seven years.  Before coming on board with The Residence at Tall Pines, Cindy worked for us as our Business Manager and Human Resources Director for The Commons at Tall Pines, our skilled nursing, rehabilitation and residential care facility.  Cindy has 15 years experience in accounting and business consulting.  She is able to use her background in public accounting, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and long term care supervision and facility management to assist our community.  With an active family, Cindy enjoys spending time appreciating all the activities that are offered in the coastal Maine area.  She also spends some of her free time working with local charities, particularly Kiwanis International, a charitable organization dedicated to children's causes.
