outpatient therapy and exercise center at the Residence at Tall Pines.
Fusion’s state-of-the-art facility provides rehabilitative therapy for
people recovering from surgery, injuries, strokes or debilitating
illnesses. We help people of all ages build strength, regain
independence and enjoy a better quality of life. At Fusion, you’ll find
all the therapy and exercise services you need in one convenient,
inviting location. We blend traditional services such as physical,
occupational and speech therapy with a number of complementary care
services. Our goal is to provide our community with the best, most
complete care possible.
All residents of The Residence are welcome to use
the exercise equipment at Fusion, and Fusion staff members will work
with you to build an individualized fitness program that meets your
needs!

Fusion’s therapy center features Nautilus fitness equipment, StairMaster
cardiovascular equipment, a height-adjustable treatment table, thermal
modalities, e-stim and ultra- sound technology. Using this
state-of-the-art equipment, our experienced staff helps you regain
strength, mobility and functional independence. Our specialties include
pre- and post-surgical care of orthopedic conditions, sports
rehabilitation, stroke and brain injury treatment and general health
enhancement.
Speech and Language Therapy
Treating speech- and language-related conditions is an important part of
our practice. Our professional staff helps people affected by strokes,
brain injury or neurological disorders regain speech, language and
swallowing functions. We also evaluate and treat voice impairments
including dysphonia. When working with children to treat speech delays
and disorders, we make therapy seriously fun!
Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage can work wonders in promoting relaxation and
increasing function, circulation and range of motion. Our licensed
massage therapists offer both table and chair massage using Swedish,
deep tissue, muscle energy, stretching, thermal modalities and other
effective techniques. Massages are available in 15, 30 and 60 minute
sessions.
Fusion Therapy also offers affordable and
personalized fitness memberships.

Physical, occupational and speech therapy costs are reimbursable through
Medicare and private insurance with a physician referral and an
appropriate diagnosis. Massage therapy is a fee-for-service treatment.
