For more information, or
if
you're not sure with whom you should speak, there is a description of
our options below.

The Residence at Tall Pines
The Residence is Belfast's only facility that offers both independent
and assisted living, in a variety of private apartment styles. At The Residence, we have
created an environment that can enhance your lifestyle, leaving you free
to pursue the activities that you enjoy.
Independent Living is for seniors who still
remain very independent. You can enjoy all the privacy and freedom you
like, without worrying about home maintenance.
Assisted Living is designed for seniors who
need a bit of assistance. We'll work with you to find just the right
combination of independence and support.
The Commons
at Tall Pines
For over 25 years The
Commons has been offering Residential Care, skilled nursing, and long
term care to Waldo County.

Residential Care provides assistance with
activities of daily living, or personal services.
Depending on financial
need, residential care may be covered by MaineCare/Medicaid.
Skilled nursing (SNF) or rehabilitation
care helps provide a safe
transition for those who are not quite ready to return home from a
surgical procedure, injury or hospital stay. Services include physical
therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Our highly qualified
staff will make sure your recuperation stay is as comfortable as
possible and you will receive discharge planning and support services
designed to bring you home quickly.
Long term care or nursing services are for those who require the
support of services up to 24 hours per day. Residents and their families
remain an active part of the decision making process through
communication and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Fusion Outpatient Physical Therapy Services
Fusion is a state-of-the-art
outpatient therapy facility providing rehabilitative therapy for people
of all ages recovering from surgery,
injuries, strokes or debilitating illnesses. They specialize in pre- and
post- surgical care of orthopedic conditions, sports rehabilitation,

NuStep cardiovascular equipment, Fusion is designed to help you get back
on your feet fast!
Adult Day Program
We understand that caring for a
loved one at home daily can be a challenge, so we’re here to help.
That’s why we offer an Adult Day Program, to give you some time for
yourself. The Adult Day Program at Tall Pines is designed to help those
caring for their loved ones at home, by providing care and companionship
for seniors who need supervision or assistance during the day.
